We litigate in the areas in which the Firm practices, including: breach of contract or warranty,
partnership or shareholder disputes, recovery of property and money owed, real estate,
director liability, bankruptcy and receiverships, employment, unfair competition and trade
secrets, construction and land use, landlord and tenant, qui tam and whistleblower.

Litigation is one method of solving a client’s problems. The Firm also represents clients in
mediations, arbitrations and other methods of dispute resolution. We work closely with our
clients to balance the need for zealous representation with the need to control expenses.
